White Chocolate Toffee Popcorn

May 27, 2020 | Food, Sweets

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day!  We (myself, Thomas, Jake, and Maggie) worked around the house, played in the yard, and cooked on the grill.  This Memorial Day was one of the most relaxing for us.  We drank our coffee and had breakfast out on the patio while watching Jake and Maggie play in the yard.  As we enjoyed our morning, we decided to extend it right into lunch and then dinner!  Our patio is all set up and our lounge chairs were put to good use.  The weather was absolutely gorgeous so we laid out in the sun and when it got too hot, we sat under the umbrella enjoying the breeze.  I made steaks, French fries, and portobello mushrooms on the grill and we each had a glass of wine.  We remembered our fallen angels and I talked about my grandfather and uncles who fought for our country.
We both said that we were allowing ourselves a day off because we had accomplished so much the three days before!  I even took a day off from blogging but I’m back at it with a recipe I created just for you!  This White Chocolate Toffee Popcorn is sooooo easy to make, incredibly salty and sweet, and can be made to enjoy by yourself, for a party, or a gift.  Wrap it up in a clear bag with a big bow!  Enjoy!

This will definitely curb your sweet tooth! haa haa. I made it once with fresh popcorn and another when I saved the popcorn for the next day. Both were good. Let me know if you try this recipe and how it turned out for you. Thanks for your comment 🙂
