4 cups oats
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Canola oil
Splash vanilla (M splash is typically one teaspoon)
Pinch cinnamon (I add 2 pinches)
2 cups almonds
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Note: I typically put in more honey and vanilla and just use my own judgement.
You can use frozen fruit but I used fresh fruit this time.
1 squirt of lemon juice (I typically add 2 - 3 squirts into my mixture)
Berry mixture of your choice. (I used strawberries and blueberries this time)
1/2 cup confectioner sugar
Mix and melt together in pan
Note: Add some water to your berry mixture when cooking because it can get thick and burn in the pan.
Layer your parfait as you would like and enjoy!! You can use any kind of yogurt but I chose to use Plain Greek yogurt. This recipe is so easy to add whatever you like to the granola mixture. You can even throw in some dark chocolate on top of the yogurt if you like or adjust the measurements and make more or less. This recipe typically lasts me a week.
